A public programme that helps Luxembourg SMEs grow by funding a significant share of their projects — digitalisation, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence. You run the project, the State reimburses part of the cost.

Diagnosis & scoping — free
We assess your need, your eligibility and the project scope.
Building & submitting the application
Via the House of Entrepreneurship (Chamber of Commerce) or eHandwierk (Chamber of Skilled Trades), naming Empirys as the provider.
Validation by the Ministry
Review and decision within roughly 2 to 4 weeks.
Delivery by Empirys
Implementation of the project (up to 12 months).
Payment of the aid
Reimbursement of 70% of eligible costs against supporting documents.

Is my company eligible?
You must be an SME (fewer than 250 staff, turnover < €50M), have your registered office in Luxembourg, a valid business permit, and a project of €3,000 to €25,000 excl. VAT. If in doubt, we run a free pre-qualification during the first call.
What is the exact amount of the aid?
The State covers up to 70% of eligible costs, i.e. up to €17,500 for a project capped at €25,000 excl. VAT. The aid is paid after the project is completed, on presentation of supporting documents.
Can I combine several packages?
Yes: up to 2 packages over a 3-year period, provided they target different objectives and the first project is completed before submitting the second.
Is there a deadline?
No fixed deadline, but the annual State budget is limited and applications are processed on a rolling basis. It is best to apply early to secure your aid.
How long does the decision take?
Approval usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. You then have 12 months to deliver the project.
